Account & Login

How do I create an account? Click Get Started on the homepage or pricing page, enter your email, and follow the prompts.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it? Use the Forgot Password link on the login screen to receive a secure reset link.

Can I change my email address? Contact us at nudgeyai@gmail.com and we will update it for you.

Microsoft 365 / Outlook

Do I need Microsoft 365 to use Nudgey? Yes. Nudgey sends through your Outlook inbox. Gmail support is coming soon.

How do I connect my Outlook account? During onboarding, sign in with Microsoft and grant permission via the official OAuth flow.

Will contacts see my real email address? Yes. Every follow-up sends from your real inbox and replies come straight back to you.

Campaigns & Follow-Up

What is a sequence? A chain of timed follow-up emails with templates, delays, and goals for each step.

Does Nudgey stop following up when someone replies? Yes. Nudgey detects replies and auto-pauses that contact's sequence.

Can I personalize each email? Yes. Use variables for names and details so every follow-up feels personal.

Phone & Text

What is Phone & Text? Call and text contacts from your dedicated Nudgey number, separate from your personal phone.

How much does Phone & Text cost? +$15/month, including 200 texts and 75 call minutes. Additional texts are $0.05 each and additional minutes are $0.10 each.

Can people reply to my texts? Yes. Replies come back into Nudgey so you can manage the full conversation in one place.

Billing

How does billing work? Subscriptions renew automatically. Choose monthly or annual billing from your account settings.

Can I cancel anytime? Yes. Cancel in your account settings; it takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Will my price change? We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days notice. Existing subscribers keep their rate through the current period.

Is my data secure? Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never sell your data.

Does Nudgey work outside real estate? Nudgey is built for any relationship-driven professional who relies on consistent follow-up.
